SHIPPING POLICY

At Aligna, we are committed to delivering your order with care, transparency, and attention to your experience. To ensure consistency and quality, all orders are shipped using a single, reliable international shipping method selected to offer the best balance between speed and reliability.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days. This estimate is based on current shipping conditions and carrier information.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local carrier operations, or circumstances beyond our control. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a short period to appear, depending on the carrier.

If your order has not been delivered within 35 days, or if it is confirmed as lost during transit, we are committed to assisting you and finding a fair resolution. Our support team is always available to help and keep you informed throughout the process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aligna, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with consumer protection regulations.

In accordance with UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. If you choose to cancel within this period, you are entitled to a refund of the product price. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned following the instructions provided by our support team.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, lost during transit, or significantly delayed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. In these cases, we kindly ask that you contact us with your order number and, when applicable, clear photos or videos so we can assist you efficiently.

Beyond the statutory 14-day cancellation period, Aligna also offers free returns within 90 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and the return request is approved. This extended return period is offered as an additional convenience to our customers.

Please note that all return and refund requests are reviewed to ensure a fair and accurate resolution. Some cases may require verification and coordination processes, which can affect processing times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Refunds may not be issued in cases where incorrect address details were provided at checkout, delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, or the product shows signs of misuse or damage after delivery.
